Mark was great to work with when I bought a Minneapolis condo through him back in 2002. What's really set him apart, though, is what he's done for me since then. He's been continually responsive to my questions about valuation, etc. for years, which was good. I recently needed documents from the 2002 sale, though, and he went to a great deal of trouble to get them for me, all for free.
